NIVIRA may collect account details such as email address; service-job information; project files uploaded for the requested service; workflow events; and deliverables issued through the dashboard.
Purpose
Information is used to authenticate users, provide the selected service, track jobs, communicate delivery, maintain operational records and protect the integrity of the workflow.
Project files
Project files are used only for the requested work and operational support. Clients should not upload information they are not authorized to share.
Free introductory launch
Professional service jobs are currently offered at no charge during the introductory launch period. No bank account, UPI PIN, card details or payment credentials are requested by the service workflow in this mode.
Security and retention
Access is role-based. Production deployment should use HTTPS, server backups and controlled administrator access. Retention periods may be updated in the published terms or service agreement.
