Free introductory service
Professional service jobs are currently offered at INR 0 during the introductory launch period. NIVIRA may revise, limit or withdraw the free-launch offer for future jobs by updating the published site information.
Delivery standard
The standard delivery period is 10 days after the required project files and information are received. Missing information, revisions, unusually large files, materially increased scope or clarification requirements may require a revised delivery date, which should be recorded in E-Track.
Professional limitations
NIVIRA provides remote construction support. Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, deliverables are not statutory certifications, professional stamps, permit approvals, title opinions or substitutes for locally licensed professional services.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of source documents and for checking final deliverables before relying on them for procurement, construction, contractual or regulatory decisions.
Uploads
Clients may upload permitted project files after registration and creation of a NIVIRA job. Clients must not upload malware, unlawful content, confidential information they are not authorized to share, or files unrelated to the requested service.
